Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to support the operation as an assistant to the Operation Manager at GFA, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain suitable inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and ordering of supplies.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct daily inspections of the warehouse grounds and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment, and communicate with other departments and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management, time management skills, and the ability to delegate.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
