What You'll Be Doing:

  • Personal Care and Grooming: Assist clients with daily hygiene and grooming tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Mobility Support: Aid clients with walking and transfers, using safe techniques and equipment to prevent falls and injuries.
  • Meal Preparation and Feeding: Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with feeding when needed.
  • Medication Reminders: Provide gentle reminders for self-administered medications and assist clients with taking their medications as prescribed.
  • Health Monitoring: Observe, report, and document client health to ensure the highest level of care and prevent potential health issues.
  • Home Environment: Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients, including cleaning, laundry, and light housekeeping.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as falls or medical emergencies, and provide first aid and other necessary care until help arrives.
