We are seeking dedicated, friendly, and empathetic individuals to join our team as a Housekeeper. Ideal candidates will be collaborative team members who can work independently and enjoy engaging with seniors.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Eligibility as determined by background screening

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Washing all linens and personal laundry upon request
  • Adhering to established standards and procedures for housekeeping tasks
  • Cleaning resident apartments, common areas, hallways, restrooms, and pool areas
  • Inspecting and assessing the condition of apartments after residents vacate, checking for normal wear and tear
  • Conducting periodic inventories of supplies and equipment
  • Researching new and improved cleaning tools and methods

This job description outlines essential functions assigned by management; it does not limit the tasks that may be assigned. Additional duties may be included as necessary.

All Offers of Employment are Contingent on Completing and Passing:

  • Level II Background Screening
  • Pre-Employment Physical
  • Drug Testing
  • TB Skin Testing
  • Covid-19 Testing (or proof of vaccination)

Post Hire Requirements:

  • Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Yearly TB Clearance
  • Quarterly random drug screenings as well as screenings on an as-needed basis
  • Adherence to proper uniform and appearance policies
