Role Responsibilities
  • Take food orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure satisfaction by promptly addressing the needs and requests of residents and guests.
  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables, as well as completing assigned side tasks.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
  • No prior experience is required, although experience in food service is advantageous. Training will be provided.
  • Completion of food safety training is necessary to obtain any required local, state, or county food handling and sanitation certifications.
  • Effective communication skills in English are essential.
  • Basic computer skills are required for operating the POS and payroll systems.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Capability to solve practical problems and navigate situations with limited standardization.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor towards residents and team members.
