Position Overview:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within a Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to residents. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities.

Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Nurse Supervisor, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting with personal care activities for residents/patients.
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of residents/patients.
  • Contributing to a positive physical, social, and psychological environment.
  • Adhering to all center policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program and competency evaluation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents/patients, families, and staff.
  • Genuine interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Compliance with all health requirements as mandated by law.
