Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our team of Physical Therapists and Patient Care Technicians to support patients in the development of treatment plans, manage routine functions, provide education to patients regarding their plan of care, document treatment progress, and modify treatments in accordance with patient status and the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.

Responsibilities
  • Support patients in the development of treatment plans
  • Manage routine functions, including documentation and communication with patients and team members
  • Provide education to patients regarding their plan of care
  • Document treatment progress and modify treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and Patient Care Technicians to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications
  • Physical Therapist Assistant Degree
  • Current state license or certification
  • CPR certification
  • One year of experience in a physical therapy setting (desired)
  • Effective communication skills for working with patients and team members
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
