Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting guests, answering questions, and making sales recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and performing other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising and sales techniques, including presenting merchandise to increase sales and describing product features and benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions, sales, and events at AT&T Stadium and communicate this information to guests.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge of products, facilities, and events.
Requirements:
  • Honesty and integrity in all actions and language.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours on event days and weekends as needed.
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience in a comparable company.
  • Accuracy in open and close procedures.
  • Able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Innovative and self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
