About the Role
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using a function-based approach.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct regular data analysis to inform treatment decisions and ensure continuous improvement.
- Meet the requirements for BCBA credentialing and maintain ongoing education and training.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy or a related field.
- Credentialed as a BCBA and eligible for licensure (if applicable).
- Ability to lift and carry children and/or adaptive equipment (at least 50 pounds).
- Ability to assume and maintain various postures for extended periods.
