As an Island Ambassador, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

• Create a welcoming destination for our guests, providing genuine service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Set the tone for our store, learning and sharing product knowledge to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Build relationships with our guests, identifying opportunities to inform them of current marketing programs and upcoming events.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve sales and service performance goals, actively participating in store-related meetings.

• 2+ years of guest and sales experience.
• A "get things done" mindset.
• Natural collaboration skills and ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently.
• Climbing ladders occasionally.
• Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with a pay range of $19.97-$20.00.
