About the Role
As a Counselor Specialist, you will work closely with at-risk youth, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and consultation to non-clinical team members.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Document sessions according to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a Human Services field.
  • 1 year experience in child welfare services.
  • A valid professional license in their field; LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPA, LPP.

This role follows a hybrid work structure, allowing flexibility while still meeting the demands of specific tasks. Therapy sessions primarily occur outside of school hours, unless otherwise indicated by the client's treatment plan.
