Speech Language Pathologist, Pediatric

Spaulding Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist, Pediatric to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, Pediatric, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients of all ages with speech, language, cognitive-communicative, voice, and swallowing disorders. You will work collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communicative, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individually-tailored treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Educate patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Document patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited university program
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
Licensure in Speech Language Pathology by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic skills in math and computer science
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with pediatric patients
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of service delivery and attention to detail
