About the Job

Air Services and Refrigeration Specialties, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team. As a Commercial HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as refrigeration equipment and accessories.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the work of Install Helpers to ensure that all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all clients are satisfied with the work performed.
  • Vehicle and Equipment Management: Ensure that company vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and accounted for.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all paperwork in a neat and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in new construction and remodeling of HVAC systems.
  • Qualifications: Have and maintain a clean driving record, ability to perform independently and in a team-oriented environment, and professional appearance and hygiene.
