Job Description

The Real Estate Finance Coordinator plays a vital role at Community Vision Capital by ensuring the timely and accurate closing of commercial loans. As a member of our credit department, you will work closely with external counsel, borrowers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with loan policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure loans are closed efficiently.
  • Manage transaction timelines and communicate with stakeholders to verify deadlines are met.
  • Perform pre- and post-closing functions, including managing closing checklists and reviewing loan documentation.
  • Review draft loan documents, title reports, and insurance documentation for accuracy.
  • Transmit loan information and documentation to internal parties.
  • Review loan settlement statements for accuracy.
  • Inform staff, borrowers, and other parties of potential problems or delays.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience documenting commercial loans in community development or affordable housing.
  • Database skills (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally and demonstrate reliability and commitment to Community Vision's mission and values.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations, loan documentation terms, and conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $94,780 - $107,705 annually, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 100% health insurance premium coverage, dental insurance, long-term disability, life insurance, transportation subsidies, employer contributions towards retirement savings, three weeks' vacation, and a commitment to work/life balance.
