Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to perform procedures on a specified patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and imaging results
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Radiology
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) certification
- BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification
