Home Infusion Nurse

At InfuCare Rx Inc on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, we are seeking a skilled Home Infusion Nurse to join our team. As a leader in the Specialty and Home Infusion space, we have experienced tremendous growth year over year in the markets we serve.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Home Infusion Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with complex medical conditions
• Administer IV therapy and medications as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the nursing team
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• 3 years' experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience
• A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Successfully pass annual competency checks
• Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test

Physical Demands:

The successful candidate will be required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
