Position Overview:
We are in search of a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to enhance our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tests to detect software issues across various applications.
  • Examine bugs and errors identified during testing phases.
  • Craft detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases.
  • Record test outcomes for the software development team.
  • Propose enhancements in software to improve user experience.
  • Facilitate the development process for optimal efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to determine system requirements.
  • Oversee debugging process results.
  • Investigate causes of non-conforming software and educate users on implementing solutions.
  • Conduct research and comparisons of similar competitor products.

  • Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing methodologies.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • High proficiency in computer technology.
  • Solid understanding of mobile and web applications.
  • Familiarity with Jira or other issue-tracking systems.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Katalon, Maven, TestNG).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting is preferred.
  • Experience in performance and/or security testing is a plus.
