Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (Preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Required).
  • Current RN License in the State of TN or another compact state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required within 6 months of hire or when transferring into a new department with these certifications.
