Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at TownePlace Suites - Vidalia. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and efficiency in our guest rooms, while providing exceptional guest service and working effectively with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work effectively with our housekeeping team to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a similar role or in a related field
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
