Senior Chemistry Manager

As a key member of the Constellation Energy team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of chemistry and radioactive waste programs across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective chemistry programs to protect critical plant assets
- Provide station leadership and advocate for chemistry and radioactive waste performance
- Monitor performance and maintain aggressive performance plans and goals
- Manage contracts for radioactive waste management, raw water chemical treatment, and other chemistry-related services
- Ensure regulatory compliance for chemistry, radwaste, and environmental sampling/analysis programs
- Develop and implement training programs for department personnel
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- ~8 years of professional chemistry-related experience or technical nuclear plant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Operations background and financial experience
