Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing and treating patients with a variety of speech and language deficits.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients with communication and swallowing disorders to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or actively pursuing licensure
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working in a SNF or LTC setting
