Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ER Nurse to join our team at Vista Health System. As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients according to established medical protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor vital signs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely communication with healthcare teams.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting optimal health outcomes.
Requirements
  • BLS certification required upon hire; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ECRN certifications preferred within a designated timeframe.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois.
  • Emergency or critical care experience highly desirable; acute care experience also preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
