Key Responsibilities:

  • Driver Fulfillment Center
    • Generate title, registration, and tax documents according to specific client or vehicle requirements to maintain compliance with state laws.
    • Investigate and resolve issues related to license and title rejections from state, county, and provincial authorities.
    • Manage form print positions through Forms Definition.
    • Facilitate the ordering of duplicate manufacturer statements of origin directly from manufacturer websites.
  • Registration Express
    • Handle title and registration transactions for vehicles moving to new states or provinces.
    • Monitor transactions to ensure prompt completion.
    • Verify VIN information with DMV agencies.
    • Follow up on outstanding issues regarding initial title and registration.
    • Keep track of temporary tags until permanent plates are issued.
  • Registration Renewals
    • Accurately and efficiently process registration renewals across various jurisdictions.
    • Ensure correct billing for clients by confirming applicable fees.
    • Resolve discrepancies using database information.
    • Maintain the legal status of vehicles for client utilization.
    • Communicate jurisdictional requirements to clients for successful renewal completion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior office or customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with the SalesForce request management system is preferred.
