Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at National Healthcare Corporation. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation of patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or diseases. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical disabilities or limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
Supervise and participate in the application of physical therapeutic techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
Graduate of a BS or MS level course in physical therapy as accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
Licensed or registered under the statutes of the state in which the physical therapist will be practicing
One year's experience in a supervisory role preferred
Active member of the state and national Physical Therapy Association preferred
