Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, alteration, addition, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate electrical construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Supervise and train electrical foremen and crews to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports, records, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on project management and supervision.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing electrical construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct electrical foremen and crews.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
Working Conditions

The work environment for this position will be primarily on construction sites, with occasional work in an office setting. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
