Medical Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Isaiah House is responsible for providing high-quality medical care to clients, assessing their wellbeing, and collaborating with a larger medical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check vital signs and record patient medical history
- Assist patients with hygiene and daily living activities
- Administer medication as directed
- Chart patient information for insurance purposes
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients
- Comply with random employee drug screening
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- Valid driver's license
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to enforce program requirements and problem solve
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete reports
Working Conditions:
Isaiah House is a dynamic and supportive work environment. The LPN will work in a fast-paced setting, interacting with clients, staff, and volunteers. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality and comply with company, state, federal, and HIPAA rules and regulations.
Salary: $20-24 HR
