We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Anesthesiology Physician to join a collaborative group of 9 medical professionals. This position offers a range of benefits and responsibilities that ensure a fulfilling work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in a team-oriented approach where all members share duties and rotate responsibilities.
  2. Engage in pain management services, including pre-certification, patient consultations prior to surgical procedures, and trigger point injections.
  3. Maintain a professional fee structure that allows for a 90% retention of fees, which are then distributed among group members.
  4. Work in various settings including Main OR, GI, Outpatient, and Labor & Delivery.
  5. Enjoy a supportive work-life balance with 20 PRN providers available.
  6. Utilize Cerner EMR for efficient patient management.
Compensation and Benefits:
  1. Competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.
  2. Paid Time Off totaling 216 hours, in addition to recognized holidays.
  3. Continuing Medical Education (CME) support.
  4. Stable and congenial work environment with a focus on teamwork.
  5. Low patient self-pay and Medicaid rates, with a payer mix of 30% Blue Cross and 45% Medicare.
  6. 1:9 call ratio, ensuring manageable on-call responsibilities.
