We are seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at IEC Property Services Corporation. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing activities at our 134-unit apartment community located in Marina, California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
• Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
• Manage administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents
• Support leasing and marketing efforts by providing reports and other systems data as required

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in multi-family leasing
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy with good organizational skills
• Availability to work weekend hours

Work Schedule:

Monday and Wednesday 9:00am – 1:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
