Medical Director for a Busy Clinic

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Allina Health's Hastings clinic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages.
Salary Range: $255,000 - $315,000 per year.
This salary range reflects the starting base pay, assuming a full-time FTE. Your actual starting rate will depend on factors such as experience, education, and union agreements.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will work collaboratively with patients to develop treatment plans that meet their unique needs, and stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices.
- You will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- You may participate in peer review and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Active, non-restricted medical license in Minnesota.
- Ability to obtain and maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
