This is a critical position that requires the ability to work independently, communicate effectively with customers and teams, and possess computer skills. The successful candidate will also have hands-on technical troubleshooting experience, applied problem-solving methodology, and electrical safety training.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation Support: Provide on-site installation support for energy storage systems.
- Commissioning Documentation: Create or revise commissioning documentation as needed.
- Execution of Procedures: Execute commissioning procedures and test protocols.
- Testing and Evaluation: Perform testing on DC system and battery management system, evaluate battery performance, and document results.
- Customer Interface: Lead customer interfacing and warranty claims.
- Team Support: Support System Integration team and improve aggregation hardware.
Requirements:
- Technical Experience: 4+ years of hands-on technical troubleshooting experience.
- Electrical Systems: Experience performing install and commissioning of complex electrical systems.
- Safety Training: Applied problem-solving methodology and electrical safety training.
- Medium Voltage/Substation Experience: Medium Voltage/Substation experience preferred.
Abilities:
- Independence and Communication: Independence, communication, and computer skills.
- Electrical Safety Awareness: Electrical, crane, and construction work safety awareness.
- DC Electrical Systems: DC Electrical systems and controls understanding.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
