Job Title: CT Technologist

Coast Medical Service is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Monitor patients during scans and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current ARRT certification in CT
  • 1+ year of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
