Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold a valid and independent LCSW license in California.
Clinicians should be licensed and reside in the state where they practice.
Compensation: Competitive earnings up to $125,400 based on licensure, number of sessions, and bonus potential.
Expectations:
- Willingness to conduct a minimum of 25 therapy sessions weekly.
- A commitment to partnership and collaboration.
- Open to working with diverse populations, including couples and children (support provided).
- Interest in pursuing leadership or supervisory roles.
- Ability to complete clinical documentation within 24 hours.
