Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Press Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Accurate Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Identify and resolve issues with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Maintain Equipment and Facilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Generate Work Orders: Create and manage work orders to track and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Personnel: Work closely with operators and supervisors to identify and address maintenance needs, providing prompt and courteous support to ensure seamless production.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in training and education initiatives to stay current with the latest maintenance techniques, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or technical role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in using power and hand tools.
