  • Prepare treatment rooms efficiently for each patient appointment, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Take vital signs, such as blood pressure, and assist with radiographic procedures to aid in diagnosis.
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-operative instructions, promoting their understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using computer systems for office tasks and patient management.
  • Possess a coronal polishing certificate or be eligible to obtain certification.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels of supplies throughout the practice, including operatories, restrooms, and breakrooms.
  • Adhere to strict sterilization protocols for instruments and equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the practice, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with both front and back office staff members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build positive relationships with patients and colleagues, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
  • Participate in outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services within the community.
  • Assist with answering phones and scheduling patient appointments.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Nitrous monitoring certification is recommended.
