About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team at The Arbor Company. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, responding to their needs with compassion and empathy.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to report changes and updates on resident conditions to the care team.
  • Coach and lead other care department team members on your shift, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification is mandatory.
