Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Dietz Property Group. As a key member of our residential property management team, you will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit rehabilitation as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Director.
  • Perform required property and unit inspections and ensure any follow-up work is completed as scheduled.
  • Provide quality and professional service to residents.
  • Ensure that all equipment, vehicles, and shop areas are kept clean.
Requirements
  • Experience in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a maintenance tech in the Multifamily industry is preferred.
  • Certification in HVAC is preferred.
  • Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Ability to be in the on-call rotation.
