Role Summary:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care through the implementation of individualized nursing care plans. This role includes supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for all patients upon admission.
2. Develop personalized care plans based on assessment data.
