Job Summary

Business Resources One is seeking a highly skilled Spray Technician to join our team. As a key member of our landscape services team, you will be responsible for the prevention and treatment of pest and disease presence on commercial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fertilization, herbicide, and pest management treatments on turf using approved spray equipment
  • Calculate product and carrier quantities
  • Properly mix and apply plant protection and/or fertilizer products using various types of application equipment
  • Safe handling and use of all chemicals
  • Properly complete required paperwork

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of commercial pesticide operator experience
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state where employed
  • Pesticide license issued by the state where employed, preferred
  • Strong sense of customer service and urgency
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Organizational skills
  • Flexibility
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule format

Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00
