About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our pediatric patients and their families.



Responsibilities



  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to pediatric patients, including medication therapy management and patient education.
  • Collaborate with pediatric medicine residents and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Develop and implement formulary management strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in process development and coordination of EHR enhancements to improve patient care.
  • Train and educate pharmacy staff, residents, and students on pediatric pharmacy practices.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree.
  • Registered Pharmacist in Maryland.
