Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
  • Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and meetings.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
  • Develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements on behalf of our clients.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure effective and efficient resolution of cases.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in the State of Washington (Washington Bar Admission).
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
  • Proven experience in trial work, arbitration, and mediation.
  • Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented.
