Job Summary

Grand Peaks Property is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to market-ready status and service requests are completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the condition of apartments and restore them to market-ready status by checking, repairing, or replacing necessary items.
  • Complete service requests efficiently and effectively, maintaining high service standards.
  • Change air conditioning filters and service HVAC systems (if certified).
  • Assist with vacant apartment trash-outs and maintain the cleanliness of the grounds.
  • Move appliances, equipment, and furniture as needed.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in maintenance and storage areas, ensuring all areas are locked and secured.
  • Comply with all state and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including OSHA and Fair Housing requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
