Nursing On Demand, LLC is a privately owned concierge nursing company that provides on-demand skilled nursing care services as well as scheduled visits. We proudly serve towns in the Boston and Cambridge vicinities/suburbs, and also provide care in the south and north shores of Boston.

This role involves providing non-medical services to allow patients to receive care wherever and whenever they need it. You'll assist our clients with activities of daily living, including assistance with ADLs, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and more.

• Assistance with ADLs: helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Meal Preparation: preparing healthy meals for our clients
• Light Housekeeping: maintaining a clean and comfortable living space
• Medication Reminders: reminding clients to take their medications
• Companionship and Conversation: spending quality time with our clients and engaging in conversation

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Fluent English Communication: able to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle: preferred but not required
• Criminal Background Check: must pass a background check
• Previous Experience: 6 months of experience preferred but not required

The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation and benefits to our employees.
