Needs Assessor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Needs Assessor to join our team at Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center LLC.

The Needs Assessor will play a critical role in evaluating the needs of youth and determining the best resources or services to address those needs. This position requires a high level of expertise in assessing mental health needs and developing effective treatment plans.

• Evaluate the needs of youth and determine the best resources or services to address those needs.
• Complete a BioPsychoSocial Assessment (BPS) to identify treatment needs and develop a plan for mental health services.
• Collaborate with licensed clinicians to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with youth, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful assessment process.

To be successful in this role, you must be licensed in NJ and possess one of the following qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Bilingual candidates are a plus, and a valid NJ driver's license with privileges in good standing is required. This is a full-time, part-time, or per diem position, and we are currently accepting applications.
