NRGUSA is currently seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a temporary position within a prominent healthcare facility. The successful candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in utilizing magnetic resonance imaging technology to capture detailed images of the human body for diagnostic evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper maintenance of imaging equipment.
- Conduct a range of MRI examinations, including neuro and 3T prostate imaging.
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures and explain the process to ensure comfort.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to determine optimal scanning locations for patients.
- Operate imaging machinery during scanning procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License.
- Registered Technologist (R.T.) in MRI (ARRT).
- NYS Injection/IV Certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 2 years preferred.
Work Schedule: Every other weekend, 3 PM - 11 PM
Compensation: $38/hr - $55/hr
