We are seeking a skilled RN Resident to join our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana.

About the Role

As a RN Resident, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions of care and maintain open communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
Requirements

To be successful as a RN Resident, you must possess:

  • A current Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
