Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM).
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Minnesota or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
  • Ability to meet criteria and qualifications for credentialing and hospital privileges.
Physical Demands

Medium work involves lifting up to 32 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently.
