Responsibilities of the Developer Success Engineer at LiveKit:- Collaborate directly with developers, teams, and organizations utilizing LiveKit, both in commercial settings and within the community.
- Identify, document, and resolve bugs, address support inquiries, create sample and production-ready code, enhance documentation, and produce technical guides for customer benefit.
- Regularly engage with LiveKit clients to ensure their ongoing success on our platform.
- Work closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to strategize and support customer interactions.
You will excel as a Developer Success Engineer if you:
- Are an engineer at heart.
- Are comfortable reviewing more code than you write.
- Possess a natural ability to teach others.

- Can simplify complex ideas for better understanding.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with engaging a developer community.
- Contributions to open-source software.
- Experience building applications with LiveKit.
- A history of taking the lead in group projects.
- Multilingual abilities, as LiveKit serves a global audience.
