We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Professional to join our team at Mass General Brigham. This is a full-time opportunity with a 24-40 hour work schedule, primarily working evenings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing patient care according to the philosophy and standards of the Department of Nursing. They will be responsible for utilizing clinical skills to integrate and implement the nursing process with the plan of care, while functioning as a clinical resource for patients.
Key Responsibilities- Nursing assessment is completed accurately and timely in accordance with practice standards.
- A plan of care is developed and implemented that reflects the needs and goals of the patient.
- Nursing care is provided, evaluated, and modified to achieve goals and objectives.
- Patient care documentation is completed per established standards.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for administering medications safely and according to professional standards of practice and nursing policies and procedures. Additionally, they will coordinate nursing care activities with other care team members to facilitate achievement of patient goals.

Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have a Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing degree and a current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse. A Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have effective verbal, electronic, and written communications skills using the English language, as well as computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software.
Preferred qualifications include a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse populations, and the ability to work independently and contribute as a member of a team.
