We are seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our Hospital Medicine program in Seattle, Washington.
This is an inpatient, daytime role in a closed ED/ICU where the ideal candidate will be a strong team player, have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and ACLS certification.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting
- Collaborate with a large supportive team of 20 APCs, 60 physicians, and 20 Nocturnists system-wide
- Participate in hospital-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- 2+ years of adult medicine experience required
- Hospital Medicine experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- ACLS certification
