Job Description: As a Server Assistant at Red Lobster, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for setting up the dining room for service, refilling drinks, and providing support to servers as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they have everything they need for a pleasant dining experience.
  • Set up station for the shift, including ensuring silverware and condiments are on the table.
  • Refill drinks and pre-bus tables to maintain a clean and efficient environment.
  • Run hot food to guests when ready in the alley and provide support to servers as needed.
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
  • Communicate table readiness to servers and other team members.
