Job Summary:

As a Forklift-Merchandising Associate at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to safely move merchandise pallets, receiving and stocking merchandise and supplies, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the sales floor and merchandising presentation, ensuring club pick up orders are filled, and complying with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to move merchandise pallets safely and efficiently
• Receive and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers
• Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and providing guidance and support
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation by properly zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, and removing damaged or out-of-date goods
• Ensure club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking orders throughout the day and staging
• Comply with company policies and procedures by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices
